Label JTAC on Map

Add a marker near the JTAC Humvee on the F10 Map so players don't have to look through the JTAC Status list. The list tends to accumulate inactive JTACs left near cleared objectives.
Even if multiple JTACs and objectives are near each other, the marks at least help players commit to working with one JTAC and where to come in from.
