Mi-26s are undetected and AI asleep after server restarts

Mi-26s are able to land and retake airfields despite there being a presence of blufor AAA. Neither the AA from the security forces, or the AA placed by players using CTLD do anything about them (that also disappear from WebGCI). This seems to be related to how server restarts respawn redfor on blufor airfields, and all AI seems to be frozen. Players shooting a unit will 'wake up' AI which will start engaging other units and players.

This takes more away from people doing CTLD, since the other stuff is broken. Only reliable things for logistic helos to do is cap airfields because the security force system is broken, or just slap down JTACs.
