Helicopters spawns and farp issues

• Helicopters are unable te rearm at the SE Farp.
• Also, can we have more Ka-50 spawns at other locations? (E.g you can't spawn a ka-50 at Krymsk, nor SW farp.)
• A simple work around to the armament issue, is just to have all helicopters spawn with basic armament.
