HEMTT fuel truck - Haul as cargo?

Hello.

The fuel truck isn't able to be spawned and moved as cargo like other ground units such as the ammo truck, Humvee, hawk sites or the M1 abrams. It would help logistics a great deal if we could spawn and move them around. Right now we have to call in a security group if we want fuel on a FARP, which is a bit annoying.
