Battle Assessment Damage not posting

even with Battle assessment turned on locally it is not showing in the cockpit, have tried using 2d monitor and VR, using the F-14, F/A-18 and A-10. on all 3 maps even though in the discription of the server it states that it should be on. I have checked on Single player and it works as intended.
