Mi-24p on the Persian gulf map wont start.

For whatever reason when i try to start the hind on the Persian gulf map it will not start.(same with my friends.) It acts as though the vehicle does not have fuel. I do not know if this is a bug with the game or with the server however, every other hoggit server the mi24p runs fine. Every other server the mi24p runs fine and same with single player. Am i missing something?
