CTLD HAWK sites do not track or fire.

Hello,

There is a bug in the CTLD version being used on GAW where HAWK sites are not spawned in the RED state, which meant they will never track enemy aircraft.
This has been fixed as of CTLD version 20210827.01. The issue is posted below. https://github.com/ciribob/DCS-CTLD/issues/65

Updating the script on the server will resolve this issue.
