Bailey created an issue 2018-08-12

With the carrier close to 25 knots it seems that it take a lot of power to break away from a standstill. While taxing there is a tendency to slide aft. While the carrier is turning there is a tendency for aircraft moving to slide to the outside of the turn. Suggest a carrier speed of 15 k kts to alleviate this ED problem.
