TACAN nonfunctional for KC-130 Tanker

On numerous occasions in 08/2018 the tanker TACAN could not be successfully called up in the F-18 cockpit. Briefing stated TACAN was 2X. Attempted 2X and 2Y to no avail. Successfully closed to the tanker via radar vectors to obtain fuel and still did not see TACAN range or bearing indication.

Suspect this has to do with the TACAN settings being unintentionally modified or not set properly if tankers respawn.

Just confirmed that both KC-130's in GAWp2 are emitting. Will need to check P1 again, but for now, this can be closed.
