Tacan and icls on the stennis isn't working

On the night map currently, the tacan and icls on the carrier isn't working

Sounds like this could be an issue on the afternoon version as well.

Tacan wasn't working yesterday for the Stennis, Morning map, v3.0.16

A workaround I've tested (only on an MP server with a single user though) that seems to work is to put the TACAN and ICLS activation in a trigger and retrigger it at set intervals. I'm doing it in a script, but you could just setup the mission triggers to fire it every 15-30min.
