SE FARP KA-50 spawn location and config

The SE KA-50 slots (two) spawn off the farp pads, and additionally do not have the usual mission flight plan.

I believe this has been resolved, loaded up the latest version of GAW and all the helos are on the pad/have-WPs. If they're still spawning off the pad, it might be a DCS issue...but it doesn't matter, they're helos!
