Add more info to SAM/AAA unit pop up on GCI map

For someone like myself who has a hard time keeping track of the various anti-air unit designations, it would be really nice to see the NATO designation, RWR symbol, max range, etc, shown when you click on a unit in the GCI map.

This is beyond the scope of what we intend for the GCI map. We have Tacview live export active on our servers if you're looking for more data than is available on the GCI maps.
