F-18C Mission COORD Bug

In the F-18, I check the mission locations, which are given in the " N XX XX.XXX E XX XX.XXX" formatting. When the UFC in the F18 can only use the seconds format. This forces one to convert the given decimal to seconds, then enter into the planes nav, so it can then reconvert to decimal for the waypoint.

There was an option menu in the F10 but I haven't seen it since the re-write
