People are deploying ctld units on taxiways and runways sometimes.

We should figure out how to either create "no deploy" zones or change ctld to check for the type of ground the units is deploying on.

Acidic was this something that was ever worked on? I haven’t heard any complaints about it recently, but I don’t want to close this one if it’s still something that should be investigated.
