Enemy CAP spawning too frequently when server is full?

Hello! [414thDFA]/GCI: "Showtime" here. With a high player count, I've noticed REDFOR CAP spawns J11A's and F-5's a bit too frequently from Sukhumi, making it very difficult for Strikers to take ground - especially at FARP Alpha where they all seem to fly towards. The other spawns such as the Mig-21's and the Mig-31's are perfect as they are a distance away and enables a decent reaction time to counter the threat. We would direct CAP to take on the enemy bandits, but then another flight of F-5's or J-11's would spawn within a matter of minutes. My proposition is turn down or delay the F-5/J11A spawns a tad bit more so that Strikers can properly attack an objective and we can secure a good foothold into enemy territory or extend their travel time by placing their spawn at another point on the map or another Red airfield.

    We've been playing with the "right" ratio of REDFOR CAP to BLUFOR aircraft for months now. I believe at this point we can close out this issue, as this particular spawning setup doesn't exist anymore.
