Sukhumi security force C-130 problems (P2)

C-130 just spawns over maykop and immediately lands there.

I think I've fixed this too. The C-130s used to be set to "EVADE THREAT" when threats were detected. So I've changed it to "NO REACTION".

They may goto their deaths a bit more often, but they shouldn't turn around at the first sign of trouble.
