Why are there no free memory operations at the end of the hpgmg in the finite-volume?

Hi, at the end of hpgmg.c in the finite-volume/source, there are no free memory operations for vectors. Is this intentional?

When the core level data structures were changed, the free()'s were deleted. They were restored as of 6dc4894.
