For some reason py.test fails on any init.py file.

How to reproduce:
create an empty init.py
execute py.test --collectonly

System: Windows 7, Python 2.6 x86, Py 1.3.3

    I installed the new package and it does not give this error. It seams to work just fine so please publish it to `pypi` so others will not encounter this issue. If it has other bugs you can publish another one anytime :D
