collection failure if class names start with test, even if disabled

Create issue
Issue #19 resolved
Ronny Pfannschmidt created an issue

this manifests when random non-test classes are prefixed with test, while actually needing parameters

all i get is a weird traceback even when putting a disable=True into the class body

this issue manifests itself, cause classes get instanciated in the collection process

a quick fix is to try to call the class in the python class collector function and return an empty list of tests in case of failure

the 1.0.1 (and current tunk and 1.0.x branch) should alleviate this issue: only classes that have no init are not collected anymore. you don't need a disabled setting.
