Error message when group name contains special characters

Holger Schimanski repo owner created an issue

If a group name contains special characters like %&$" and is assigned to a project role, that Jira Project Role Tab is showing an error message for this group and is not able to retrieve and show the group member.

To fix the issue, the group name needs to be encoded when calling the REST API to retrieve group members.
