Link to user profile not correct for users with user name different to user key

For some users listed in Jira Project Role Tab the link to the user profile is not correct. The link is using the user key, not the user name. This bug is relevant if (and only if) user key is different to user name (not to mix up with user display name), then the link for users assigned to the project role is wrong, though the display name and the avatar is displayed correctly. The bug does not exist for users where user name and user key are in sync.
