When number of issues is >0, but <1%, then barchart has wrong width

When an option value is used in issues in the barchart of the Project Specific a bar is shown, but if the number of issues with this option value is <1% the width of the bar is wrong. It is longer than the bar for 1% (see attached screenshot).
