Support for cascading select type

Is there any plan to add also cascading select type to the plugin? Our customer use case would be also combining in some cases the cascading list with multiple values.

Sorry, I will not start development in the next 6 months, because I want to finish implementation of #13 and then will work on a new releases of JIRA Syntax Highlighter.
