add support for all SyntaxHighlighter configuration parameters

The current Jira plugin supports a few of the SyntaxHighlighter parameters, including "gutter" and "highlight". However, other parameters like "smart-tabs" are not supported.

Add support for setting all of the available SyntaxHighlighter parameters via the enhanced Jira {code} and {noformat} macros -- see Parameters here:

Because since version 2.0.0 the JavaScript implementation from Alex is no longer in use, this general issue is no longer valid.

If a certain feature is missing, please raise a new, dedicated issue and explain the background and use case of the requirement.
