Show syntax highlighting also in Greenhopper Rapid Board

Holger Schimanski repo owner created an issue

As of version 1.0.5 you can use JIRA Syntax Highlighter Plugin together with Greenhopper RapidBoard without geting an exception message - see #1.

But the {code} macro is rendered as a simple <pre> without proper highlighting. This should be improved, so that true Syntax Highlighting is shown.
