Support line number ranges for highlighting

For example you can use highlight=[3,10] to highlight lines 3 AND 10, but I might to highlight lines 3 TO 10. At the moment I have to do [1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10]. Could it support [3-10]? Perhaps even mix and match, so [3-10,12,15-20] etc

The original syntax highlighter does not have this features, but it should be not to hard to implement on the JIRA plugin side.
