Collapse Option: Allow Re-Collapse After Using "Show All"

The "Collapse" option is very useful indeed in helping make a text field that contains multiple code blocks readable... sometimes helping a couple of hundred lines be rendered as just 20 or so.

The reader need only click "Show All" on the code block of interest.

It would be useful if the reader could then "Re-collapse" the block. This will help restore the original view,

In this respect, functionality would be the same as with the Confluence Code Macro
