Add CSS language

currently when adding CSS in a comment, there is a line:

"Unable to find source-code formatter for language: css. Available languages are: actionscript, html, java, javascript, none, sql, xhtml, xml"

Please add the third of the web language trifecta.

CSS is supported by JIRA Syntax Highlighter plugin. This is an error message form JIRAs standard code macro plugin. Looks like JIRA Syntax Highlighter is not properly installed and JIRAs standard macro plugin is still active. Please refer to the documentation for support on installation. Or reply here if you need some more guidance. .-)
