Support Go (aka golang)

As a heavy Go user it would be great for me to have Go support available in Jira.

The spec (which is basically ENBF grammar snippets with explanations about semantics) can be found here: https://golang.org/ref/spec

    Since Jira 7.5 there is an improved syntax highlighter part of Jira. Please check there. I no longer work on my Jira Syntax Highlighter because of this new functionality in Jira 7.5.
