Hi, We currently experiencing issues with synchronization Version Sync and Component Sync. The log show 180825 issues, for at least one year, but we got a popup message only few days ago. i Have attached screen shot with the ticket. Regards.

Dear Alain,

there is no such feature in “Version Manager for Jira” https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1214929/version-manager-for-jira?hosting=server&tab=overview. I guess you report this issue to the wrong Jira addon. I guess you need to contact support for “Version and Component Sync” https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211721/version-component-sync-for-jira?hosting=server&tab=overview.
