Raster Layer Styling is too hidden
It took me such a long time finding it!
Raster Layer Styling should also be in the right click menu on the layer in the Data View.
Placing the cursor over the 1st icon under the “Data Views” icon does not display the name of the tool. It does for the rest of icons.

reporter Yes, this is not working with the version I have but it is fixed in yours. Anyway, I still think this a very important
tool and it is too difficult to find. I think it should be available as well in the menu that opens with the right button on top of the layer:

I’m not sure if your dev version represents the latest state.
I’ll tried to replicate the behaviour known from the QGIS Layer Styling panel.
The panel is turned on/off via a button in the Data Views panel, and the panel is now placed to the right:
And like for any other panel, you can right click on the toolbar and turn panels on/off:
