PRISMA L1 and L2 processing and vegetation Index Toolbox issue

Issue #1058 new
Former user created an issue

Hello, I tried to calculate the NDVI as a test for PRISMA L1 and L2 products, and I got this error with the "vegetation index toolkit" as shown in the screenshot. I also tried with "Raster creation"=> "Create spectral index" and it worked but with a wrong NDVI value in the image (it could be related to the preprocessing step which I haven't done yet ?) And I would like to ask you if EnMap handles the processing of PRISMA L1 and L2 data? - Atmospheric correction? -Geolocation (I already tested it with the L1 product and it worked) - Geocoding for L2 product?

Thank you

The "vegetation index toolkit" application is maintained by @Matthias Wocher .

I can help with that, but I need more details. What are the input values, what are the output values, what values would you expect instead. Present an example, where it went wrong. A screenshot may help, etc.

EnMAP-Box does not do any pre-processing of PRISMA data, we just provide import tools, that convert HE5 files into more friendly GTiff/VRT files.

-Geolocation (I already tested it with the L1 product and it worked) - Geocoding for L2 product?

We have the general tool for geolocating a raster using geolocation fields:

That is not PRISMA specific, but should also work with PRISMA L2B and L2C products (haven’t testet it).

Note that PRISMA L2D is already geolocated.
