Is it possible to have the bar of the Raster Layer Styling tool in Gray, sequentially displaying the bands of 2 images, each one in one Map window? To compare 2 images band by band.

Or at least having a Raster Layer Styling panel for each Map? That way I could move to one band in one map and then in the other.

Yes, just add the second layer in the Style Linking tab:
