Impossible to read the pixel values of the prisma image under EnMap-box following a co-registration !!!
Dear Enmap users,
After correcting a few pixels of a Prisma image (L2D) under the Coregistration plugin using the "Automated global co-registration" tool,
I imported output raster file co-registration under EnMap-box, nevertheless, the display of default colors "True color, CIR and SWIR" are grayed !!!
And then I try to display the reflectance of a pixel of this image but unfortunately it displays no value.
I have the impression that EnMAP-box cannot read pixel values after co-registration? Do you already have this problem? How to solve it please? Thank you in advance,
Best regards,

I would guess that your result raster has no wavelength information specified. Please try to change the x-axes units to Band Number/Index:

reporter Thank you @Andreas Rabe to your answer. Yes indeed, the reflectance is displayed according to the number of bands. So the image lost the "wavelengh" information after the co-registration. It's really a pity! Can we add it another one?! Thank you !

I would guess, that most external tools won’t take care of wavelength and other metadata information. So I will implement something to allow to easily copy metadata from another raster.
@Benjamin Jakimow I will add this functionality to the Raster Source Band Properties Editor. After you have a version of the GDAL Metadata Editor outside of the Layer Properties, that is allowed to manipulate raster sources as well, you should also add this option.
