add ROC curves to the "Classifier performance report"

Note that for map evaluation, we have two seperate algorithms:

• Classification layer accuracy and area report
• Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve

When evaluating a classifier directly (without creating a map first), we can just also create the ROC curve report. No extra algorithm required.
