implement a custom processing widget for selecting regression targets

In Create regression dataset (from continuous-valued vector layer and feature raster) algorithm, the target fields are taken from the diagrams renderer (default) or can be selected manually:

Maybe we can implement a custom processing widget, that selects the target fields given by the renderer as default.

Currently, I’m not sure if the custom widget will be notified, if the parent vector layer has changed.
