[Metadata Viewer app] some improvements

1. Rename to “GDAL Metadata Viewer”, to match the widget in the Layer Properties:

3. After opening the app, a layer is already pre-selected, but the GUI is not reflecting this:

4. The user is asked to select a “Source”, but the widget is for selecting a “Layer”.

5. I don’t understand the Calculator here. It let's me calculate for example a new field “a”:

A metadata viewer shouldn’t have a calculator.

6. Confusing tooltip/functionality: the tooltip talks about selecting features on a map. Not sure what this has to do with GDAL Metadata:

8. The classification scheme section is kind of outdated/deprecated and not really reflecting how we currently use the term classification scheme, where we derive categories from the renderer.

I would recommend to just delete the section.

9. Remove the “Band X:” prefix, because it is only introduced by QGIS API and not really part of the GDAL Band Description:

I would expect something with case sensitive search and regex in the tooltip.

12. I assume that these buttons should be exclusive, and one of the buttons must be toggled, but they behave strange:
