[GDAL Band Metadata] the data gain and scale is not correctly reported

How to reproduce:

• Import the landsat\C2L2\LC08_L2SP_192023_20210724_20210730_02_T1 from the SAN/_EnMAP (just drop the MTL file into the EnMAP-Box; results in a VRT with proper band offset and scale values)

• open the Layer Properties → offset and scale values aren’t reported

  

Note that offset and scale values are properly set in the VRT:

Also, the SpectralView is properly scaling the data before plotting:

Not sure if this issue is really a duplicate. I think it is related. At the end of the day, the table should present GDAL Offset and Scale values, because those values are the relevant information for the user and for QGIS and all the algorithms.
