I’m not quite sure if we need to include GDAL here, because it is already part of QGIS destribution.

If we keep GDAL, why not give credits to Numpy/Scipy, Matplotlib or Python in general.

Looks like all missing packages relate to your packages & algorithms, so it’s probably best if you take care on updating them in the about text. (You may use the test_AboutDialog test for)
