Tip:
git submodule returns the local submodule hashes:

$ git submodule
 6e24563a99cbc2f2b9bbae4467cb430908deb0c9 enmapbox/apps/lmuapps (heads/master)
 0f831bc200454857fb1650296a7c991d48e950ea enmapbox/qgispluginsupport (heads/master)

If theses are different to that in the remote repository:
https://bitbucket.org/hu-geomatics/enmap-box/src/develop/enmapbox/ or
https://bitbucket.org/hu-geomatics/enmap-box/src/develop/enmapbox/apps/

you need to pull them. Either from the enmapbox repo (see README.md) or calling scripts/update_qps.sh or scripts/update_lmu.sh)
