[Spectral View] selecting a profile in a library with many profiles is changing the plotted profiles, which is confusing

How to reproduce:

• open a big library, e.g. >2000 profiles
• scroll down with the mouse wheel
• select a single profile
• instead of re-plotting the selected profile in yellow, the whole plot is changing

So how do you prefere to reduce the number of existing profiles down to the maximum number to be shown?
By now the feature (i.e. row number) priority is given by:
1. profile candidates (temporary profiles)
2. visible in the table viewport
3. selected features
4. remaining features

The main proplem is, that the user doesn’t know, that not all profiles are plotted.

Now that you resolved #1254, I think it’s ok .
