Hi @Fabian Thiel , on my Windows 10 system, the app windows (i.e. QMainWindow) are on top by default.

I agree, that this should also be the case on Linux system.

Can you or @Benjamin Jakimow please try out what to do to make the window stay on topn on Linux.

The window is defined here:

enmapbox/coreapps/classificationstatisticsapp/classificationstatisticsdialog.py

You may just try setting some window properties here:
