[Data Sopurces panel] context menu improvements/problems

1. Newly created Scratch Polygon layers have no option to open in new/existing map view from context menu

   

   2. Maybe move “Remove” context menu entry further down, as sometimes my mouse does two right clicks quickly after another and then my layer is gone
