[GEE Time Series Explorer] add an option for binning images by day

Add an option that allows for binning/aggregating images by day.

E.g. for Landsat 8, a single day composite would look like this:

This is useful, because in case of Landsat 8, it would eliminate the north-south overlaps (the green areas), where data is duplicated:

Note: we should not use a Mean reducer, because it would mess up the QA bands. Instead we use the First or Last reducer.
