[Spectral Profile Sources] Color change from "external" widget is not applied

Changing the color with the external, i.e. popping-up window (Select Map Canvas Background Color), is not possible, the color will not be changed after confirming with OK. The color picker which is opened via the arrow button works fine (next to the button (1) on the screenshot).
