Add QGIS Results Viewer Panel to panels list

Since we generate HTML reports in certain algos, we might want to consider adding this panel to the box panel list (View->Panels). But I would not show it as default on startup.

    @Benjamin Jakimow why don't we just show HTML files in a new "Reports" node in the DataSources Panel? Those HTML sources should be viewable by dropping them on a TextView.

    HTML files are currently opened under the “Other Files” node and can be opened in a TxtView:

    And double clicking on a HTML report will open it in the default webbrowser and not in the TxtView.
