Spectral Library: Drag&Drop .sli into Table part of SpecLib Window buggy

When drag&dropping a .sli file from Data Sources into the table part of the Spectral Library window, a new empty Map Window will be opened. Dragging into plot works fine.

So the desired behaviour would be either to do nothing, or open the speclib, but not open Map Window.
