Yes, it’s funny looking, but that is a QGIS ProcessingFramework issue! Nothing I can solve, I guess.

We need to fix this, either by removing these button label or, better, find and remove the reason for this. It doesn't make any sense keep showing cryptic button labels that no one understands.

I assume its an UTF-8 encoding/decoding issue. Where do the button labels come from?

As I said, it is a QGIS issue. Report this in the QGIS Issue Tracker!

Take any QGIS algo and you get the same funny buttons for input layer widgets:
