Issue #32 invalid

Currently the NoDataValue for all reflectance bands is fixed to -9999, which is wrong in case of the GTiff format

e.g. scene: \\141.20.140.91\NAS_Work\EuropeanDataCube\landsat\160\024\LC81600242013119LGN01

Tasks:

include a GTiff products into the test data
check LandsatX, Timeseries and MGRSTilingProducts for correct NoData handling

Es gab ein Problem mit den GTiff Files. Jetzt ist auch für GTiffs der NoDataValue = -9999
