Spectral library create new field: problems with default fields

When adding new fields to an empty spectral library, there seem to be some issues with the default fields (which are hidden). When I add a new field called a, the name field occurs. when I try to add a again it says it already exists, and so on. I think the issue is best displayed with the following gif.

Since most users will probably first sample some spectra (then it works), I guess the issue is minor, but I thought still worth mentioning
